I'd have to go with Blood Sport. I just appreciated the scenario of fighters from all over the world training there best to represent their country, also, I love seeing Bolo Yeung once again since the old Bruce Lee movies. I can't believe he was 50 years old in that movie! I also appreciated the fact that the fights didn't seem staged or magical, but authentic martial arts!
Since then Steven Seagal put on an excellent randori of aikido in Above the Law (he's a bit more hollywood since then), but I do like the up and coming Tony Jaa of Ong Bonk and the Protector, true, true, Muay Thai!
