An absolute must read...
"Living The Martial Arts Way"
by Forrest E. Morrgan
Many times I have referd back to his book for quotes that I wanted to give to other MA's. I picked it up and didn't put it down until it was finished.

I too, have read Forrest Morgan's book twice already. Applicable to any martial art, it defines what a real warrior should be even in this day and age. It's very inspirational, an excellent reference for any martial artist. Wouldn't be without it!

"Way of the Peaceful Warrior" by Dan Millman.
It is a story with wisdom, definate humor and mature understanding of the goal of "authentic" -do arts.
Its my opinion, I could easily be mistaken,
