hey guys
just wondering if any of you use leg weights?
if so, how were they made? did they fit well?
did they help much?
does it actually increase speed?

Hi
How are you srichards. I am a begginer and so i havent reasurched leg waits very much. I asked my master about them and he told me that although they can help with speed they may also cause permanant damage to your joints. He recomends using heavy shoes such as ski boots while performing the kicks slowly, as this should strengthen the muscles used for kicking.

leg waits arent to good because they tighten up your muscles while u kick so it injures you instead of making you faster/stronger...
