Some background, before Tae Kwon Do I was in fairly good shape. I had a little bit of upper body strength on me (even though it didn't really look like it). Problem is, now that I've been focusing mostly on legs, cardio, and flexibility, I feel like I'm losing some of that upper-body. It's nothing substantial yet (heck, it wasn't much to begin with ), but I'm worried. I'm quite fond of my strength, and I wouldn't want it to go away!

Is it just that I'm developing new kinds of muscle? Should I be worried? Should I worry about Tae Kwon Do and catch up on arms later?

The muscles u build are are your reaction muscles in taekwondo.. your reflex muslces.. u see in taekwondo u find your strenght not through your muscles but by your technique and form.

Now u might feel alittle light thas good, your endurance shoudl be going up as well.

However, if u do not train continuousily on heavy weights your strenght will drop but not your endurance... For taekwondo u dont want to be bulky and slow.. u want to be fast have lots of endurance... so i would say focus on doing alot of sets.

I would sayt work on doing 1 inch push ups 100 of them without stopping... do about 1000 a day with sets of 100 and u will be good = p... then u can work on double claps, clapping behind your back and then finger push ups

I'm assuming that 1 inch pushups are like a normal pushup, except you only descend one inch bfore pushing back up, right?
