l am a 7th generation tode have been this for over 30 years and a martial artist for ove 45 years. pak mei is a name cheung lai chuen called it. l asked where it came from and was told no one really knew anything except that it was in my time taught behind closed doors. and that it was called boxing and taught within monasteries only untill cheung started to teach outside of monastery. its not important as to if mine is more pure than yous like children . whats important is the basis that makes it powerfull and a winning combination to win a fight. thats what it was designed for. every teacherr adds his own into it and my sifu cheung sui-man always said what he was told to improve it if you can. now as so many teach it outdoors in my day it didnt happen .
