Rand Member Registered: 03/30/03 Posts: 338	whenever i spar with th redbelt (im 6th kyu equivelent) that if i move into trapping range i can bring down his gaurd also leg kicks work in two ways taking out the leg and bring down the gaurd to block so you can throw a punch combo to face i mean i learned these on my own but im doing tae kwon do so they count right?

Anonymous Unregistered	How to recognise, give and recieve respect. Honour and confidense in ones self. How to block out all the bad things and concentrate on the task at hand. And on a little less serious note, guys are a whole lot cooler than girls.
