I have always liked the fake front kick turned into a roundhouse.In Kenpo they call it a flip kick.And another one I have gotten good results with is the fake side kick turned into a hook kick.

Hi Brewer, I know that this is an old post but because of the lower than usual traffic in the Martial Arts Talk I decided to do some searching and found you had posted some interesting subjects in the TKD forum. I am surprised that no one anwsered these because they are interesting and educational, I like the fakes that you described and I will endeavour to learn and perfect them, as you know I am a newbie but I will try my best.

Hello Nick,
A good way to work the fake front kick is by stopping short of your point and jerking your leg back ,which will help you to spin to your side allowing you to deliver the roundhouse faster and with more precision.
