could someone tell me how to kick hitgher
because im totaly crap at it, could you also tell me how to stretch my legs properly.
high kicking is only a pretty trick but ill give you adice anyway beause having good flexibility will decrease your chances of injury and can speed up your techniques
are you doing any martial arts at the moment? is your teacher giving you any sort of stretching plan in the class?
training from a teacher is the best policy, so follow those and give it time, - remember you may be limited by your body shape, your muscle configuration and natural abilty of your tendons etc to stretch
try practising at home eg while watching tv instead of slumping in a couch or whenever you have the time
good luck, with gaining high kicks, they arent very usefull in combat, but almost everyone likes to try them at some stage
