i am 12 year old and weight about 100 lbs.I just signed up for football a week ago.My friends who have been playing for years say im fast and i am very good at driving people back past the line.I just want to feel like a monster.I need you to answer questions like how many grams of protein and what exercises i should do.I have a bench and may wieghts so i can do almost everyworkout.PLEASE I NEED HELPED BEFORE SEASONE STARTS IN A MONTH AND A HALF
