i have been doing judo for 13 years but i am only 17 nearly 18 but i have learnt alot in my time of judo practice. If you want resistance in your training my club started doing training in threes, you get one person to sit on the floor and they put their feet on the player standing ups ankles whilst holding the players belt, then you get another player to turn in on the opponent and try to throw him but as there is the other player on the floor it is adding resistance you can make it harder or easier depending on how hard you want to work. if you want to make it harder you can put both your hands on the belt but if you want it easier you can put on hand on the belt and one and on the floor.
