I HAVE BEEN TRAINING IN THE MA FOR OVER 45 YEARS AND HAVE BEEN IN THE POLICE FIELD (FEDERAL, STATE AND CITY OFFICER FOR OVER 21 YEARS. I HOPE THIS GIVES YOU SOME INSIGHT. ALSO, BECAUSE OF HUMAN RIGHTS KARATE IS NOT THE RIGHT ART.
