Anonymous Unregistered	The body has three main systems. The blood system,muscle/skeleton system. and nerve system. Look at whats obivous: eyes throat groin knees spine. I started learning anatomy from encyclopedias and doctors long before I started martial arts. I suggest looking through a encyclopedia if not you can look up info on anatomy online,and learn about these three systems.

Bottom Line you need a qualified instructor the web will not teach you these things.
