Believe it or not certain exercises such as bear crawling, squats, jumping squats and hindu pushups.

Practicing takedown techniques without a partner is diificult becaus the nature of the technique requires a partner. Ju-jitsu, wrestling, judo, aikido are two man practice arts. So practice the above mention exercise they will condition your muscles most needed in takedown techniques: back, thighs, calves and arms/chest.

They will also allow you to perform crouching and advancing techniques with speed and power
