hey, whats up guys. im a blackbelt in tkd, but have been out of training for a few years..and am progressing along that long long road of coming back..lol damn its hard to get back in shape once u stop training. but anyway, i want to spend alot of time working on the bag (in addition to other things), and was wondering if any of you could offer some of your favorite bag combos used while training? just trying to get some ideas and feedback. thanks
