I just wanted to see what everyone did for about a month out of a competition fight ? Ive trained most of my life, but have never actually competed in 'sport full contact'.
I quit doing point fighting when I was bouncing, as I saw the unrealistic nature of it. Ive done alot of RL applications ... but the 'sport' side of it is something new to me that I am trying out to venture new avenues of my path in the arts.
Ive been training with a new motivation due to this, which is a good thing. Im about to start doing MUCH more anaerobic for the next few weeks ... with a little rest the last week before the competition. Here is a link of what I have recently been doing.
