ok first of all this isn't one of those "help i need to kick some one's butt" thing, but i do need help. uumm moderaters, please don't delte this. meh probelm is my brother who is two years tounger than me, is constantly stealing my stuff, and lies about it to me, my parents, and every one. and it really makes meh mad like enough to hurt him. but i know that's not the way. i've tried many things, such as telling him to ask meh and i'll lend him stuff, but he still takes things from me. i know this is in no relation to self defence, but i would just like to know what you all would do if you were here. how you would talk this out. all thoughts and comments appriciated. i have no intrest in harming him, because he's family and smaller than me, and just want to settle this peacefully but don't know how. anyone willing to share advice please do. ( any one needs more detail on anything i'll gladly share it. thanks

Ask your parents to get a lock on your door, and only you and them have a key.

Have your parents DISCIPLINE him, a few good wallops on the butt does a punk good.

Tell your parents exactly what you've told us here.

Get a lock on the door and discuss it with your parents.
If your parents do not make your brother understand that there are consequences for his actions, he will keep doing it.
Then he will do it to someone else and they will show him the consequences-hospital or jail.

Ps. I am really torn here-this really isn't street combat or self defense and thus should be locked/deleted.
Then again it is harmless........hmmmmmm.

well...delete if you want. i've told my parents they've whipped him, and he still does it. their already thinking about shipping him to military school, which would put some disipline in him. locks...tried it, he waits till i accidently leave something behind, like if i forget a cd in the car or something. anyawys thanks for replies. so i don't waste your time with this. i'll find something that will work. please excuse this message being off focus from self-defence. sorry

Not a problem.
Your post was totally benign, it's intent was to get legitimate help with a problem.
We were recently under concerted attack by trolls-so I am a little wary of the intent of posts now.

alright then. thanks all. i'll do all can to stay withing topic with later posts. yeah i've seen what people ask you all for help to kick some one's butt. and i see it pointless to come asking for help online, seeing you can't learn anything by just reading.so i agree with the deleting of them. anyways thanks again for all your help. ^^

One day when he is not home, go to his room and steel everything, and i mean EVERYTHING, just leave the furniture. Then hide it for a couple of days; see if he does it again!
