No.
There are no secrets to self defense.
It takes practice, effort, sweat over the course of time.
There are no quick fixes, such as watching a video tape or attending a 2 day seminar.

You must train over an extended period of time.

No. It sounds like crap. And even if it isn't, the marketing alone should send you running in the opposite direction. Avoid this stuff and any other junk that makes promises like Fear No Man, Be the Last One Standing, etc., like the plague.

Looks like a big scam! It can't be that top secret, if they have a website advertising it and you can get your hands on the 'top secret combat training' for only $80. Can you get fries with that?

Self defence is about protecting yourself from harm, not to learn how "to quickly kick the snot out of even the biggest, meanest, and most well-trained fighters you would ever come up against" or "to be able to humiliate anyone who ever messes with you in public". What a load of rubbish!!

i bought the videos, the techniques are a bunch of bull and the production quality is horrible.
but you do not have to train for years in order to learn to defend yourself; look for krav maga schools in your area, the techniques allow u to use them instantly, not after years of study. some great videos are kravmaga.com and trsdirect.com both are contracters to military and law enforcement communities

lol. sorry this has nothing to do with the main post. but just to let you know painting your face and playing in back gardens is SOOOO much fun. esspcially if your using airsoft. if you don't do it. you must be crazy you have NOOO idea what your missing. sorry for this having nothing to do with the post. but it was just urging me to type it. sorry guys
