double hip, backhand, over hand straight right. with a little angle to target.

On a good day i can knock over a free standing punch bag with a properly set punch like that.

Do a web search for Peter Consterdine. he is unreal.

I do like a short tension wing chun punches, as it is much more likely to "get in."
In the end once you can do all punches with the speed, power and accuracy needed to take someone out, it is all academic.
Would hope to take an opponent out with a lead hand jab really.

I agree, the reverse punch is the most powerful punch when executed correctly with hip rotation.
