Jinenkan tips against Karate

hello, i am currently studying Jinenkan ( jinenkan, bujinkan, genbukan) and i decided to fight a street corner karate dojo acording to my own rules ( no pads, no time limit, no points, win only to K.O. and give up.. of course no eye attacking) i know karate can be a devistating art, however i also know karate is only a linear fighting system wich already gives me a very high atvantage (so i think) in anycase i would love for some pointers, for i dont intend to lose
