Am I allowed in a shotokan competition to fly kick, i feel it could do major damage and it's quite easy for me to deploy quickly, also am i allowed to jump and do a 360 spin kick with my rear leg, i feel these moves could easily give me a chance of winning, if these are not allowed could you tell me some aeriel moves that are ok to use

If you think as you've posted it's too late for advice.

You're going to get stuffed.

honestly, if you are trying to get a win in a tournament, no spinning kick techniques will help you. It is never a good idea to turn your back to an experienced martial artist in any arena. The only spin technique that is viable is a spinning backfist, and in the lower arena many head teqhnigues are not allowed...this one you have to be careful with so as not to get disqualified. I agree with John that if you try to do spinning kicks against me, it leaves your kidneys as an open target. Stick with snapping inside crescents, front kicks, roundhouse, sides. An effective combo is a snap crescent to a roundhouse while moving in for a one two punch combo.
