Any advice about weapon legality from the net especially on a public forum is going to be suspect -

not going to work very well in that case is it?

if you want to find out, call your local law enforcement agency (anonamously if you want) and get advice from a professional

there are numerous alternatives to kubotan/yawara whichever you call it, pen, marker, AA maglite all legal to carry anywhere you go, however they may still be classed as a weapon when you use it.(and heres hoping it wont be)
