What is the best/quickest/easyest way to get a higher resistance to pain?

I don't think you get a higher resistance to pain, you just get used to it.

If you take people who are used to fighting without contact and hit them, a lot of them will fall apart. Sometimes physically but more mentally. Not because the pain was too much for them to take, it's just that they're not used to it.

A boxer still feels pain when he's hit in the face, a judoka still feels pain when he's being mauled, it's just that it's happened to them so often that they've accostomed themselves to accept it and not fall apart mentally when it happens.

The fighting/sparring type of pain never botherd me, it's that type of hit your head on a low door or a snow ball that hit's your ear type that will drop me to my knees. [IMG]http://www.fightingarts.com/forums/ubb/smile.gif[/IMG]
