Question about ground fighting - 10/19/04 10:16 PM
I don't have a partner to practice my ground/grappling with. Is there anyway I can sharpen my skills without a partner?
Thanks in advance

Unfortunately, your progress will be minimal. Ground skills come with working with a partner. Other than a few drills that introduce you to fundamental skills (bridging & shrimping), the bulk of your training should be with a breathing opponent.
You could try a grappling dummy I guess. Still a poor substitute.

We allready covered this under another forum.
Best progress in any grappling art-standup or ground-is with practice against live person.
Only other option is to get sex doll(grappling dummy-wink,wink) and practice with it on the ground
