Does shadow boxing increase fighting ability?I do not have a punching bag so i do not have much to work with, will shadow boxing help me out? If not, any suggestions.
(cannot join a gym program, money is tight)

Of course it will. Shadow boxing is just practicing your footwork while you work mechanics
