When you say knife hand do you mean as in straght strikes(nikute) or shuto. I do think that all are effective. the nikute strike for me could only be used to softer areas of the body though, such as throat, although some say that are conditioned enough to use it to other areas of the body. i know i couldnt though?

Cor shadders (combo of sharon and wadders-from wado ) you must be velly accomplished master to chop steak with hands.
