Hard smack on the jaw if range was right.

Swift hard kick to groin, knee or thigh followed by hard smack on jaw if needed kick to distract whilst closing difference.

If caught out totally and too close to punch when light bulb in head goes off, anything to break their grip followed by hard smack on the jaw.
