Hello
I know that this has probbly been asked elsewhere on this forum, but i would value all of your opinions on this.
I have decided to take up a martial art, for self-defense/exercise purposes, but my only options in the small area where i live are Wing Chun, Tai Kwan Do, Karate, and another form of kung fu (but i really can't remember whats its name was (kenpo i think?)).
The teacher seems like a good teacher, and i have met a few of his students before, and they tell me that he is very good.
(I know that one style isn't better than the other, and its a matter of training but...) Which would be better for my purposes? (ie Self Defense/exercise/whateverelse)
When i say self defense i mean it (i live in the hillbilly capital of the world, and a redneck drunk on moonshine is a force to be reckoned with!! LoL )
Thank You,
Jordan
P.S. Sorry for the poor quality of this post, but i've been in a car for 3 hours!
and i'm rather tired.
