Little advice?

Hey, i'm wondering if anyone knows a few basic chi building exorcises?
I would like to find someone who can teach me but for the moment i cannot find or afford it so i was thinking these could give me an idea and something to practice until i do find out.
No i dont think i'll be going out and destroying mountains or bringing the planet to its knees anytime soon (at least not through means of chi) I'm just wondering if anyone knows a few exocrises that could help me.
