Having done chi kung and energy work for a decade I'd have to say that I'm particularly unimpressed by the website.

Look up Mantak Chia's website and learn to do the "Inner Smile" if you want to learn to move chi. http://www.universal-tao.com/article/smile.html

He also wrote a great book called "Awaken Healing Energy Through the Tao" which will help you get on the right path.

Another interesting and fun book is "Pathnotes of an American Ninja Master" by Dr. Glenn Morris. I used to help him with his Kundalini Awakening seminars and I teach Hsohin Roshi Ryu, the martial art that he talks about in the book, so I can personally attest to the energy work and experiences that he talks about.

I agree with Mysticwulf.. as inspiring as it may be.. and i gotta say.. i was actually about to try it when it actually reminded me of dbz which my lil bro watches.. you should give it a try though.. even though that wont help you make a ki blast or whatever it is.. it will make you coordinate your hand movements better when you concentrate on them with your meditation. good luck buddie

NO! the kidojo site is completely bogus and a total waste of time.

Do not even bother going there. Learn from a proper instructor.
