i want to learn the basic steps to leanr ki or whateve it is

hi im 12 years old and i havebeen reaserching all this stuff on ki/qi and i found some realy neat stuff how people visualize how fire roots or water were coming out of there palms and stuff i was hoping if you guys can tell me about it and give me things to do so i can start on this ki stuff.
