Am I crazy?

I dont know if I'm dying or what but I have a very warm "pulling" feeling in my gut all the time, and the only way to get rid of it is to meditate and move it around. Is it "ki" or is there a different explanation?

In all reality I don't know what that feeling means. That "pull" does remind me of a Dragonball Z episode, though. On there it had something to do with Ki.

Too bad DBZ isn't real, though, or I'd have an answer for you.
