I was searching online and I came across this Site:

It shows a man that can control Ki - I dont need to explain it just go there and read it yourself.
This made me believe Ki, Yet all it shows is th increase of temp. in his hand. I was also wondering what else you could do. It says
". New students to the martial arts look to developing this internal energy by breaking boards, bricks and other material."
and....
"Over a very long time this practice will help to develop the physical power not the internalized energy."- speaking about Ki
Your thoughts on it.. anyone?
