any info on chi balls

hi my name is jon and i have been reading a lot of peoples comments on chi balls and forming energy! i was woundering if anybody can teach me or tell me how you guys all learned!

If you had read people comments on chi balls and methods of learning we wouldn't be seeing this thread. At the very least you could have read the "sticky" titled "chi balls".
