Head Rush During Meditation - 04/21/05 07:45 PM
Hi, Recently I have tried meditating for the first time and about ten minutes into it I began to feel this intense rush where my head fealt like it was floating. I can sustain the rush for about 20 minutes by controling my breathing to short breaths.
Afterwards I feel kind of mellow and relaxed.
I just wanted if this is what meditation was supposed to do or if I am doing something wrong.
