Patience and Perseverance? - 04/19/05 08:17 PM
I don't know if this belongs here, but lately I have been having trouble staying focused in school. I am completely lacking motivation and patience and it's leading me to do poorly. I'm having a terrible time breaking the habbit. Is there any meditation exercise or philosophy or something that can help me get focused and stay centered?
