zen faq possible?

There will always be folks (such as myself) coming on board with the same questions. How to meditate, what is zen, what is the connection to martial arts, and any favorite books and authors.

I wish this forum had a Welcome faq that would show at the top that addressed this. Perhaps not possible due to software?
