Actually i really liked it, and have come to similar conclusions in my own meditation.

It reaches into all areas of our lives even in the martial arts. Just to give an example, the more training we do the better prepared we will be for a fight and the less likely we are to get injured or killed, but there are so many variables that we can never be sure of the outcome.

So what i'll take from this is that whatever we are seeking, preparation is the way we are most liklely to succeed, but it doesn't necessarily mean we will do so.
