Pike stretch- Funny/tingly feeling in feet? - 01/19/11 06:06 PM
Firstly, when performing a pike stretch on the floor is it more or less beneficial to have your toes pointed ahead of you or straight up?
I usually point mine up as I feel it stretches my calf too but I also feel this tingly feeling in my feet where I think I am stretching toe flexors. I am just wondering if that's normal or if I should be pointing them forward and stretch my calfs another way.
Thanks for reading.
