Does ginger help flexibility?

A guy on another MA forum claimed that ginger pills or just fresh ginger, helped him increase his flexibility.

Normally I don't buy into this type of thing, however I do know that ginger is used against arthritis, so there might be something to it? Googled it, and found a few ginger products claiming to increase your flexibility, couldn't really find a test of them or anything.

So what do you guys think? Is there anything to it? Have any of you tried it? Lemme know what you think.

why do you think the gingerbread man can run so fast? I have however, heard the same things about ginger increasing flexibility but I think thats more attributed to the stretching that goes with it than the actual ginger.

like mentioned it is basically the stretching routine you put with the ginger.
You can take it if it helps you to get motivated. Its like anti smoking patches its the will power that does the work.
My best advice is eat healthy and take lots of vitamins and develop a stretching routine that is focused on what you want to get out of it.
