hey, (completely missed this forum when i asked a q somewhere else ) im starting tkd either this month or the next, i want a jump start on stretching to be able to achieve kicks and such instead of slowly gaining flexibility through classes, does anyone know of any schedule they use or techniques that maximizes flexibility with stretches ? i would just like to be as flexible as possible before i join , thanks
(edited: by looking through the forum it seems isometric stretches are whats best to obtain fast flexibility.. my problem is, i dont know what stretches to do for my legs.. at all, i looked into it at the net, but it made no sense..)
