Loosening up

More specifically, are there any exercises to relax the muscles in your face that allow you to smile? When I go to a place like school I just tense up and my smiles end up looking lop-sided and when it feels like I'm smiling I'm not. My brother and I also sort of walk with our heads and neck sort of stiff and straight and it looks sort of odd, like we need to loosen up or relax, but we can't. I know these sound like weird problems but I wanted to know if there's any exercises to help loosen us up in these areas. Actually, I think exercises that are meant to loosen up maybe other parts of my body could help here too. Thanks.

I don't know of any exercises to relax the face,
But it will help if you try to get comfortable in your school.
get to know everyone so your not in a place where you feel
you must hold up a image and you can relax.

hope that helps.

Instead of focusing on relaxing parts of the body that being affected by stress, I would address the stress. When one becomes aware that one is tense, focus instead on one's breathing. That has short term, and long term beneficial effects. Then, the underlying reasons for that stress can be better isolated and dealt with.
