Hi. Newbie to fighitngarts. i've been practicing multiple styles of martial arts, none of which have been in a class, and i decent for being my own teacher. what i'm wondering is this: stretching to promote higher and more powerful kicks, especially roundhouses-stretching to do better backflips and front- stretching for better balance at lower points, horse stance, leg sweep, etc. if anyone can reply soon, PLEASE DO! thanks in advance if necessary.

I would recommend 'high power kicks with no warm up' - available from stadion, to help with kicks. as for backflips - no idea, I'm no gymnast!
