my right sided abdominals are bigger than my left,is there anyway of over coming this problem, and does any body know why this might be?

1 side of ur abs will be bigger also if ur right handed ur right side puts on muscle faster then your left, nothing to worry about

just carry on with your usually work out and it should develop into the same proportion as the other side.
Good luck I noticed the same in my left side i guess because im left handed but I just carried on with my normal workout and everythings fine.

i know a few people who are right handed and left footed, now how does that work?
