I have already trained myself with some breath techniques however, I require more training. I would like any information as to what training I should be following. Just put anything, if I am already practising it, then I will just continue down the list.

try sucking in as much air as possible and slowly letting it out to a count of twenty. try to increase by two or htree counts each week. or run! try controlling you're breath while exercising aerobically (sp.?)

If your looking on increasing your breath copassity...try swimming. Fill your lungs and swim underwater as long as you can, and do this a few times back to back at least every other day. I did this and it increased my stamina during sparring and even other sports that I was partaking at the time.
