BUPA Great Manchester (UK) Run 09

Just to advise I ran the "BUPA Great Manchester Run 09" yesterday in a time of 1 hour 10 mins

I averaged 7 mins per Kilometre or 10 min Miles

I've already asked a mate if they would run the Great North Run 10k in Sunderland in July 09

Anyone else done or got any runs planned for this year.

good pace over 10k (6.2 mile?)....i'm doing the bamford fell race in the peak district end of may, 4.5 miles with rough terrain and 1000ft accent, i'm pretty excited about it. wont win wont lose
