Now i'm new here, but not a noob. But listen i understand that adrenaline is a normal reaction and you can cope with breathing and mental techniques. I get very excited and energized and can sit still when my adrenaline is up, though if i'm aware that a confrontation or a fight is about to occur then i start visualizing and planning on what i can do. But here's the end result, i want to attack but it seem that i can't unless i'm really angered or if there is a good reason to attack, i don't understand that at all i want to act, but don't. So here is my question, will taking boxing help me out?, and do you guys experiance adrenaline when boxing?

Well, it can.
Boxing is an art. It is about hitting and not getting hit. It is not about who can get worked up faster and fight with blind rage. Never was the old Samurai Maxim truer than in boxing:
“The angry man defeats himself in battle and in life”
Emotions waste energy. You will learn that to survive in boxing, you must detach from them. Remember, hit, and don’t get hit. That is what you need.
Boxing also teaches you about control, when to hit, when to not hit. As I mentioned, by separating your emotions from your energy level, you learn to control and can act when necessary, not when your feelings let you. Boxing also desensitizes you to getting hit. You learn not to panic or get frighten to being struck. A good thing to be sure.
You may also wish to check out another art to compliment boxing, something that helps strengthen you mentally. A good Tai Chi Chuan class or an Iaido class can help you learn to relax and control your emotions. Very valuable skills IMHO.

What your experiencing is quiet normal. Not many people WANT to fight, knowing what the consequences could be.
Simply remind yourself that surprise is your best frined and if you can get the first shot, then its imperative that you do so. Remember, he might not hesitate to hit you, so why afford him that luxury?
