after i get done laying some roundhouses into an opponent, my lower legs hurt. duh.
but it's a wierd pain, like a charlie horse in my tibialis antieror or my gracilious or something. and the thing is it get's worse each session till i have to take awhile off and let it go away.
what am i doing wrong? any ideas?

it sounds like something is wrong with your form and the force is being released into your body rather then the target. i got sloppy with my punching technique not too long ago in a sparring match and although i didnt feel it at the time, later that night my arms/shoulder area was killing me and felt sore as all hell.

Have you been to a doctor to check for circulation problems? Might be a good idea.

actually i do have some minor circulation problems (sensitivity to cool weather) but since i live in phoenix it really isn't much of a problem.
do you have any experience with handling the problem?

Just enough to know to check with a doctor or perhaps a physical therapist.
