I saw that fight maybe an end of an era really a young Fedor could overcome such obstacles as size and strength. Silva after the 1st round ducked under a right hand and like most of us a heavier, stronger and technocail big man could pound us out.
Fedor fough vilainatly trying to come out of back but big foots hooks stopped all that and the pounding continued.
A lot of ole horses started well the Pit Bull looked good until he got caught against the fence that leaping hook hit him and it was all over. Interesting how when you get older you don't recover as fast or seem easier to counter.
The Pride Champ looked good in pride (or was that K!)but his style of up close striking may hurt him in this event, unless he wants to fight on the ground he is in good shape and well ropunded.
I agree that fedor is not evolving anymore - he is using the same style, maybe he is not that excited with the fights as he was before...his era is at the end, but it took really a long time for the fighters to take him down...
