I recently started training with Serra's school. I never did any grappling, persay, and it certainly sux that I got tapped time-and-time again by a guy who was starting the class the same time as me. He was twice my age and half my conditioning, but I had no chance. And on the bright side, my conditioning is as good as the most conditioned guys that day. Many of the guys around me were really tired, and I didn't understand why they were tired and I wasn't. They say conditioning is the best weapon, so at least I have that. Anyway, I'm looking for some free vids of bjj techniques, so I can revisualize them in my head when I'm on the mat. We learned some different techniques, but I guess I'm a little slow at catching on 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm also intending to train at the brooklyn wrestling club in freestyle, greco, and catch, in hopes of speeding up my learning curve. I'll see what happens.
