MIXED MARTIAL ARTS seminars will be hosted at the Lancaster Family Martial Arts Center (www.lfmac.com), Thursday, December 29 & Friday, December 30 from 6:30-8:30pm. Mike Ciesnolevicz, a 6-0 pro-fighter out of the famed Miletich Fighting Systems in Bettendorf, IA, will be teaching Stand-up MMA on Thursday and Ground MMA on Friday. No experience is necessary.
